Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • 7-Day Return Policy: You can request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process

  1. Within 2 Days of Purchase:
  • If you request a refund within the first 2 days and have not watched any portion of the course, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
  1. Within 7 Days of Purchase:
  • If you request a refund after 2 days, but within 7 days:

  • A 15% deduction will apply.
  • If you have watched at least one portion of the course, a 50% deduction will be made.
  • If you have watched more than one portion of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • After 7 Days:
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days, regardless of whether any portion of the course has been watched.
